Our company vision is to manage a select group of exclusive homes and condos while being hands on with all aspects regarding the rental management of your property. We want to provide the best customer service to our guests as well as protect the owner’s investment like it was our own. With a smaller staff we can provide this type of service to interact personally with each guest and owner. Our goal is repeat business from satisfied rental guests; repeat customers make our business successful.

OWNER:

Rita Oben, a licensed real estate broker, lists the properties for rents, handles all guest inquiries and rentals, oversees the maintenance on the properties and manages the cleaning of all the properties. She also photographs and writes the descriptions for our websites.  Rita has 30+ years as a rental manager on Fort Myers Beach raging from an assistant book keeper to Managing Broker.  During this time she has had over 500 properties under her management. Rita handles month end accounting, sales tax reporting, licensing with the Division of Hotels and Motels, and oversees the website.
